A CARD SCANNED WRONG, OR WASN'T FOUND

Fill the frame with the card, get even light on it, and avoid glare on holo surfaces — the card number in the bottom corner is what identifies it, so that corner needs to be readable. If a scan finds the wrong printing, the results screen lists close alternatives you can pick from instead.

WHY DOES A CARD SHOW NO PRICE?

Prices come from real recent sales. A card with no recent sales has nothing to price against, so Foilio shows no figure rather than inventing one.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD

On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot your password?” and a reset link is sent to your email address. Check spam if it hasn't arrived within a few minutes.

WHERE IS MY COLLECTION STORED?

With your account, not on the phone, so signing in on another device brings it with you. A copy is kept on the device too so the app still works offline.

HOW MANY FREE SCANS DO I GET?

40. After that, Pro unlocks unlimited scanning, full price history and every portfolio.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled through Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Foilio. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the period you've paid for runs out.

I SUBSCRIBED BUT PRO ISN'T SHOWING

Open Go Pro and tap Restore Purchases. That re-checks with Apple and reinstates an active subscription — useful after reinstalling or on a new phone.

HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

In the app, under Profile. It is immediate and permanent: the account and the whole collection go, with no recovery. Deleting the app on its own does not delete the account.
